Terms & Conditions
- The Buy One Get One Free offer is only valid on kids products. The offer will only become active once you add a kids product to your cart. Any other product added to cart will not activate the offer
- The lowest priced product in your cart will be the free product
- Add 2 products of your choice from the kids collection to your cart. Once products are added to cart, the amount for the lower priced products will automatically be made zero and added to your order for free
- You can add multiple kids products to your order and avail the buy one get one free offer for each product added. Please note that the offer will always reduce the amount for the lowest priced kids products in your cart, regardless of how many you order
- No refunds or returns will be accepted for any products purchased as part of the offer. You may exchange your product only in cases of size variation. Exchanges will only be entertained for the same product. You will have the option to change the size or colour of the product when exchanging it. - For orders in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and Rawalpindi, Try Before You Buy will be offered on these orders. If you face any issues with your order, you will have to hand over the entire order to our rider and your exchange will be processed accordingly
- In exchange cases where your desired size or colour is unavailable, and you have already paid for your order, a refund will not be issued. You will instead be provided with store credit for the amount which will become active once we receive and process your returned product at our warehouse. Please allow for 3 to 5 days for issuance of store credit
- If your order contains both kids and other products, your order will be split and sent to you in two separate shipments. Our customer services team will be in touch with you after order placement in case your order is split
- No other discount code or store credit can be used while availing this offer
