1. Jomo Technologies Private Limited, herein after referred to as the Company brings this offer to you.
2. By participating in this offer the customer guarantees that he/she has the authority to accept and does hereby unconditionally accept the terms and conditions noted below.

Activity Mechanics:

1. This offer is valid from 4^th February 2021 until 25th February 2021.
2. This offer is valid nationwide.
3. This offer is valid for Pakistani Residents holding a valid CNIC.
4. Customers shopping above PKR 5000 would be given a chance to enter into the lucky draw.
5. There would be 9 lucky winners identified anonymously, 3 winners will be announced every Thursday – 11^th February 2021, 18^th February 2021 and 25^th February 2021.
6. The prizes to be won by 9 lucky participants via 3 lucky draws:

• Three Samsung A51 Smartphones.

• Six TCL D3000 40 Inch Standard LED.

Company shall not be responsible for any functionality, warranty, color related error.

The lucky draw will happen on 11^th February 2021, 18^th February 2021 and 25^th February 2021 respectively. The winners will be contacted through a phone call. Those who reside in Lahore will be invited at our head-office to receive their gift whereas those who reside in other cities will have their prizes shipped to them.

The participant should keep the invoice of purchase with him to claim the prize.

The winner will be contacted for his Name & CNIC number around the above-mentioned dates.

Customers can have multiple entries provided they have numerous shopping transactions with JOMO exceeding PKR 5000 during the above-mentioned dates.

The winners will not be able to cancel or return their order once they have been announced. They are, however, allowed to get their order exchanged in case of any valid exchange reasons. For more information related to our exchange policy, please visit our Exchange Policy Section.

GENERAL

The Company reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms and conditions in its absolute discretion without prior notice.

The Company shall not be liable to perform any of its obligations under the Offer where it is unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control or prohibited by law and shall not be liable to compensate the customer in such circumstances.

In the event of any dispute regarding the terms and conditions, and all other matters relating to the Offer, the Company’s decision shall be final and binding and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into nor shall be challenged on any forum or in any court of law.

By choosing to avail this offer, each customer agrees that he/she is participating at his/her own risk and agrees that the Company, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, and employees (the “Relevant Organizers”) shall not be liable for injury, loss, claims or damage of any kind whatsoever arising out of or in connection with participating in this offer. Each customer agrees to waive and release the Relevant Organizers from the above-mentioned claims and liabilities. This includes, without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, to the extent not prohibited by applicable written laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, each customer and anyone entitled or agreeing to act on his/her behalf, agrees to indemnify each of the Relevant Organizers from any losses, damages, costs, expenses, claims or liabilities of any kind whatsoever arising in connection with the participation in the offer to the extent not prohibited by applicable laws.

The customer agrees that by registering for the Offer the customer authorizes the company to contact them on the numbers and address provided by them for delivery purposes and any other purposes associated with this offer.

The company reserves the right, without prior notice and at any time to terminate or cancel the offer, in whole or in part, or modify the Offer in any way, without liability or prior notice to any person. If any part of the term and conditions are held to be unenforceable or illegal, such illegal or unenforceable part shall be severed from the terms and conditions without affecting the validity of the remaining terms and conditions.

By participating in this offer , the customer hereby opts-in, and agrees and authorizes, the Relevant Organizers, to use at its discretion, without compensation to the customer, any of their names, addresses, personal details, photographs, videos or any likeness of them for packaging, promotional, advertising, marketing and/or publicity purposes on any media including print, social media, TV, cable, satellite channels in and outside Pakistan (where not prohibited by written law), and to the use of statements or any creative content made by or attributed to the customer , and any rights in connection therewith.

Company reserves the right to reject the request for availing the offer by any customer in the event the Company in its sole discretion believes that any content submitted by the customer may violate any applicable law or appears to infringe any intellectual property right of any third party or for any other reason as the Company deems fit without giving notice or reason, and without any liability to the customer.

Company reserves the right, without prior notice and at any time to terminate or cancel the registered account of the customer.

All trademarks, logos and color schemes used in this offer campaign are intellectual properties of the Company and any unauthorized use, copy and infringements of the company’s intellectual property shall entail civil as well as criminal liabilities.

Information provided by the customer or that is obtained by the Relevant Organizer under the Offer may be used by the Relevant Organizers in order to review, develop and improve the services they offer.

Cost of accessing the Internet is the customer’s responsibility. Any costs associated with accessing the website are the customers’ responsibility and are dependent on the internet service provider used. Any contact details entered incorrectly shall invalidate the request for registration of the customer. The Company is not responsible for receipt of incomplete or incomprehensible information required for registration. All such inaccurate entries will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. Any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be invalid.

Laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan shall govern this offer and the terms and conditions.

In the event of any dispute, the decision of Company shall be final and binding on all customers.
