Our mission is to empower small-medium fashion and ethnic art enterprises everywhere through personalized e-commerce technology. Our products will be sourced out of South Asia, the Middle East (GCC countries), and US-Canada to reach and convert severely underserved ethnic consumers in some of the most diverse, dense cities of the world (Toronto, NY, Dubai, etc.) We have teamed up with like-minded vendor partners who have established brands with a shared obsession to provide outstanding customer experiences in unique and distinctive ways while also working to uplift their community and society.

We are committed to developing a circular economy and being a "part of the solution." Sustainability is a core tenet for us and we continually analyze, investigate, and reassess it. Our mission as a brand is to look through a lens of consciousness into all of our business activities. Each policy is regularly examined in light of best practices, and enhanced to regulate our energy consumption, carbon efficiency, and resource repurposing goals. JTIC has formed strong collaborations with environmentally conscious clothing and footwear brands, such as Sapphire Apparel and Lark & Finch Footwear, who share our values. Lark & Finch, one of our key footwear brands, uses the largest solar-powered unit in southeast Asia to promote green energy, and are mindful of sourcing their raw materials from suppliers who implement eco-friendly practices.
WOMEN EMPOWERMENT
As agents of change and trust, we want to preserve the five-thousand-year-old Indus Civilization heritage by empowering and promoting rural artisans – particularly South Asian women who have always been the very fabric of this region’s cottage industry. Under the umbrella we want to develop our ‘Style Bazar SME program.’ Its mission is to reach out to devoted women entrepreneurs in less privileged communities and ease their paths to prosperity through sustainable incomes. Our hope is to provide a global platform to showcase SME creativity and support their efforts to build inclusive social development and sustainable economic growth.

When JOMO pioneered the concept of a concierge-styled 'Try-before-you-buy' in Pakistan it completely disrupted the ecommerce market and broke new grounds of personalized trust. GOJOMO is our Last-Mile delivery service enabling shoppers to try on shoes and apparel in the comfort of their own homes, brought to their doorstep by our meticulously trained self-managed fleet of delivery teams. These “concierge specialists” provide customized service to each shopper to try, exchange, and even facilitate immediate returns – and only rest once they are satisfied with their purchase.
